Yes, absolutely! I would describe it as a class that really turns you inward for deep self-reflection, healing, and self-forgiveness (that's been a big thing for me in this class, forgiving myself) and is helpful for you to return to your "authentic" self. It's brought about a lot of feelings of empowerment too - people always talk about "taking control of your own healing" but I've never really understood that term or how to do that - now it feels like I'm actually doing so! The class is also incredibly interesting - I'm motivated by learning and investigating topics, so this class has been endlessly intriguing, especially because it involves communicating with my past and asking questions of my past self etc

LOL, I kinda to a degree thought yea sure it will shake things up as much as I'm used to…HA HA shit man perhaps I should use my intuition sometimes and chill out and not push it as hard. But I love growing :) and expanding.

The banishing worked it sounds like backdrop noise people talking but can not make out the words and usually I ask for Marrow and my blue guy and I had his name in my head it starts with a T to be with me for the next couple days I also have put out the intention that I do not want to hear their assholes on the astral voices anymore and that evil needs to stay in the box and be healed. And only one guide I did hear external voices last night but they were ghost and I ignored them put out the intention that | only wanted to hear my main guide and that was it
